WHAT WE OFFER:
2-day workshops (assessment) – Titus 1:5
For: Interested churches who are not sure they’re ready to make changes necessary to grow.
Description: Churches who want to assess their health and explore their opportunities and determine their readiness to move forward.
One-day seminar (next step training) – Salt & Light
For: Churches who are committed to making necessary changes to get healthy.
Description: To plan, re-vision, and strategize ways to revitalize the ministry and impact of your church.
-Pre-seminar work (select a revitalization team & gather demographics for your area)
-Seminar: A coach partners with the local pastor & church revitalization team to develop a plan to begin the work of revitalizing the local church in a step-by-step process.

-3-year commitment to work together to get healthy
-We can add 3 new churches each year
